At FRANKOLA MEDIA, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for orders placed on our store.
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and parts.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at benjamin@frankolamedia.online or (248) 834-7259 with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping address.
Please do not send your purchase back without first contacting us, as returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Unless your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or was not what you ordered, please contact us and we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email to let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund within the expected timeframe, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at benjamin@frankolamedia.online.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at benjamin@frankolamedia.online with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund, including any applicable return shipping costs, at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, damaged after delivery through customer mishandling, or returned without original packaging and accessories may not be eligible for a full refund. We reserve the right to refuse a return or issue a partial refund in these cases.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us at benjamin@frankolamedia.online. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
